Opportunities To Serve
We are collecting new or gently used hats, scarves, and gloves to distribute during the winter months. Please drop off any donations at the church, or contact Debbie Weeks or the church office for more information.
There is a need for volunteers to be Offering Counters on Sunday mornings. If interested, please see Steve Shallcross.
If anyone is interested and available to help with Monday Meals served by the Living Bread Kitchen and Food Pantry each MONDAY, or with the Food Pantry delivery trucks on TUESDAY mornings, please contact Nancy Hughes, Jim Brehm, or the church office. All volunteers are welcome.
We are always in need of toiletry items for those we are serving in the community. Items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, shaving cream, razors, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and any other personal care items would be very appreciated. All sizes are needed. Please contact the church office for more information.
Community Announcements
The School Supply Giveaway for Bellaire Students will be held on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th at the Bellaire Presbyterian Church from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Volunteers are needed the last week of July to make up pouches and bags. All donations are due by July 27th. A list of needed supplies is available in the back of the church, and any questions can be directed to Barb at 304-281-3356.
There will a 250th America Celebration Concert & Picnic on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th, at 3:00 p.m. at the church. We invite you to come and enjoy the musical performances followed by refreshments of hot dogs and apple pie. Anyone who would be interested in singing in the finale choir, please contact Mary Catherine Allodi, Kristin Allodi, or Steve Shallcross.
